Introduction

Welcome to SuppliedVibes! These Subscription Terms govern your subscription to our Appapie Blind Box Premium Bag Charm subscription service. By subscribing to our service, you agree to these terms in addition to our general Terms & Conditions and Privacy Policy.

How Subscriptions Work

Billing Cycles

Subscriptions are billed on a recurring basis depending on your chosen plan:

• 3-Month Subscription: Billed monthly at $29.99/month for 3 consecutive months
• 12-Month Subscription: Billed monthly at $27.99/month for 12 consecutive months

Auto-Renewal

All subscriptions automatically renew at the end of the subscription term unless you cancel before the renewal date. When your subscription renews:

• You will be charged the then-current subscription price
• Your subscription will continue for another term of the same length
• You will receive an email confirmation of the renewal

Shipment Schedule

Each month, you will receive one Appapie Blind Box Premium Bag Charm:

• Shipments occur on or around the same date each month
• All orders ship with free standard shipping
• You will receive tracking information via email
• Delivery typically takes 5-7 business days within the continental US

Payment Terms

Payment Methods

We accept the following payment methods through our secure payment processor, Stripe:

• Credit Cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover)
• Debit Cards
• Digital Wallets (Apple Pay, Google Pay)

Payment Processing

All payments are processed securely through Stripe. We do not store your full payment information on our servers. Your first payment will be charged immediately upon subscription, and subsequent payments will be automatically charged on your monthly billing date.

Failed Payments

If your payment fails:

• We will attempt to charge your payment method up to 3 times over a 10-day period
• You will receive email notifications about the failed payment
• Your subscription will be paused until payment is successful
• If payment cannot be processed after 3 attempts, your subscription will be canceled

Cancellation & Pausing

How to Cancel

You can cancel your subscription at any time by:

• Logging into your account and going to "My Account" → "Subscriptions"
• Clicking "Cancel Subscription" next to your active subscription
• Contacting our customer support at contact@suppliedvibes.com

Pausing Your Subscription

Need a break? You can pause your subscription for up to 3 months:

• Log into your account and select "Pause Subscription"
• Choose your pause duration (1-3 months)
• No charges will occur during the pause period
• Your subscription will automatically resume after the pause period

Refund Policy for Subscriptions

Subscription payments are generally non-refundable. However:

• If you cancel within 7 days of your initial subscription and have not received shipment, you may be eligible for a full refund
• Once a product has shipped, the subscription payment for that period is non-refundable
• Damaged or defective products are covered under our standard return policy

Changes to Your Subscription

Upgrading or Downgrading

You can change your subscription plan at any time:

• Upgrading: Takes effect immediately with prorated billing
• Downgrading: Takes effect at the start of your next billing cycle
• Changes can be made through your account dashboard

Shipping Address Changes

You can update your shipping address in your account settings. Changes must be made at least 3 business days before your next shipment date to ensure the new address is used.

Price Changes

We reserve the right to change subscription prices with 30 days' notice. Current subscribers will receive:

• The option to continue at the current price for one additional billing cycle
• The option to cancel without penalty before the price change takes effect

Blind Box Policy

Important information about the blind box nature of this product:

• Color and character variations are random and cannot be chosen
• No exchanges based on color or character received
• Each box is a surprise - part of the collectible experience
• All variations have equal quality and value

Account Management

To maintain a subscription, you must:

• Maintain an active SuppliedVibes account
• Keep your email address and payment information current
• Safeguard your account credentials
• Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use

By subscribing, you agree to receive:

• Subscription renewal notifications
• Shipping and tracking updates
• Important account and service announcements
• Optional promotional emails (you can opt out anytime)

Legal & Compliance

Age Requirements

You must be at least 18 years old to subscribe. If you are under 18, a parent or guardian must subscribe on your behalf. We comply with all COPPA requirements for users under 13.

Limitation of Liability

SuppliedVibes is not liable for:

• Shipping delays caused by carriers or circumstances beyond our control
• Lost or stolen packages after delivery confirmation
• Color or character variation disappointment (inherent to blind box concept)
