Return Eligibility

Returnable Items

You may return items that meet the following conditions:

  • Timeframe: Returned within 30 days of delivery date
  • Condition: Unused, unworn, and in original condition
  • Packaging: In original packaging with all tags attached
  • Proof of Purchase: Original receipt or order confirmation

Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned unless defective:

  • Opened Blind Boxes: Due to the collectible nature, opened blind box items are final sale
  • Sale/Clearance Items: Items marked as final sale
  • Used Products: Items that show signs of wear or use
  • Damaged Packaging: Items with damaged or missing original packaging (unless received that way)
Blind Box Exception:

Due to the random nature of blind boxes, we cannot accept returns based on which character or color variation you receive. However, defective items are always covered.

How to Return an Item

Refund Processing

Processing Time

  • Inspection: 1-2 business days after we receive your return
  • Approval: Email notification sent once return is approved
  • Refund Issued: 5-7 business days to original payment method
  • Bank Processing: Additional 3-5 days depending on your financial institution

Refunds are issued to the original payment method used for purchase:

  • Credit/Debit cards: Refund to original card
  • Digital wallets (Apple Pay, Google Pay): Refund to wallet
  • Alternative arrangements only in special circumstances

Shipping Tips:

We recommend using a trackable shipping method and purchasing insurance for valuable returns. We are not responsible for returns lost in transit.

Subscription Refunds

Subscription Cancellations

Subscription refund policies differ from standard product returns:

  • Must cancel at least 24 hours before next billing date
  • Once a box has shipped, that month's payment is non-refundable
  • First-time subscribers can request refund within 7 days if box hasn't shipped
  • Unused months can be paused instead of canceled

Lost or Stolen Packages

Delivery Confirmation

Once a package is marked as delivered by the carrier:

  • We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages
  • File a claim with the shipping carrier if package is missing
  • Contact your local post office or delivery service
  • Check with neighbors or building management
Protection Tip:

We recommend requiring a signature for delivery or using a secure delivery location to prevent theft. Consider purchasing shipping insurance for valuable orders.

Exceptions

We may offer refunds or replacements on a case-by-case basis for:

  • Packages marked delivered but never received (with investigation)
  • Visible package damage upon delivery
  • Carrier delays or errors

Exchanges

Exchange Policy

We do not offer direct product exchanges at this time. If you'd like a different item:

  • Step 1: Return the original item following our return process
  • Step 2: Receive your refund (5-7 business days)
  • Step 3: Place a new order for the item you want
Faster Alternative:

If you need a replacement quickly, you can place a new order before returning the original item. This ensures you get the item you want faster.

Special Circumstances

Gift Returns

Items purchased as gifts can be returned:

  • Same 30-day return window applies
  • Refund issued as store credit if no receipt provided
  • With receipt, refund to original purchaser's payment method
  • Gift recipient can initiate return with order number

Exceptions & Discretion

We reserve the right to:

  • Refuse returns that don't meet our conditions
  • Charge restocking fees for damaged returns (excluding manufacturer defects)
